will this work using dried leaves of of a male plant and my dried leaves smell really like fresh cut grass. is this normal ?how long can the leaves be stored before making butter? im trying to save for thew whole lb. thanks so much

i have one plant that is about 1.5 ft tall, which was started about a month and a half ago. 12 other small plants that were started about 3 weeks ago.
i'd like to start flowering them all at the same time.
what im asking is: is there any way to slow the growth of my large plant...
this was the potting mix i used for my last plant and its done great. no problems at all so far. planted in a 10" pot with additional nutes until wel into the veg cycle
a person who is close to me told me today that one of the reasons hes had an amazing garden and plants were that he read a book to get cuttings off of a willow tree and soak them in water for two days.

ive read that thread many times and have got lots of great info from it racefan but it still didnt seem to answer the question that i have in this moment.
i thought i had to have male plants to pollinate the fem for bud also, no only seeds. guess a misconception.

thanks ms. fox. once i realized the small plants were stretching i read some threads and moved them closer to the lights.
ive noticed many pics of people's plants are very short with many bushy leafs. different than mine, is this because of strain or what?
