Auto Issue: Can't Figure it Out

They are absolutely looking better. Seeing some signs of the same issue on some of the newer growth even after the improvement, but certainly headed in the right direction. Thanks again to everyone for their thoughts, truly very helpful. It’s frustrating having a good little routine going and...

Auto Issue: Can't Figure it Out

Did a half strength feed PH’ed to 5.9 - they’re already looking much better. I trimmed a fair bit of the dead/damaged foliage. Will post pics ASAP. I have always always soaked the pots when I water and then let them sit until they are mostly dry, usually watering every 2nd or 3rd day depending...

Auto Issue: Can't Figure it Out

Well that certainly would explain a lot. They’re already looking better with the 6.1 flush. I guess my overwatering concern was probably misplaced as well.

Auto Issue: Can't Figure it Out

I actually have a bunch of those plastic grates I can use. I haven‘t ever noticed that they sit in water. I water until I get enough runoff to fill the saucer, and then if I leave it for 10 minutes they’ve sucked all the water back up. But I guess that wouldn’t accomplish the flush, so I’ll...

Auto Issue: Can't Figure it Out

Makes sense. I guess I had it in my head that a hydro medium wouldn’t look and feel like soil. This stuff sure does. I’ll drop the PH to 5.8 and see what happens.

Auto Issue: Can't Figure it Out

So I guess my question is what makes something a hydro mix vs. what is dirt? I would call what I am using dirt/soil. I was going to water again tonight but they’re still heavy, full of water.

Auto Issue: Can't Figure it Out

It's a product called Root Farm Hydro potting mix. Essentially just potting soil. It's probably about 75% Root Farm and then 25% all the other stuff I've added (clay pebbles, sand, perlite and coco). In 5 gallon cloth pots. Could be 66/33. hard to say exactly what the ratio would be at this...

Auto Issue: Can't Figure it Out

I'll split the difference and do a feed tonight with half strength nutes.

Auto Issue: Can't Figure it Out

We could all be wrong diagnosing this stuff ain’t easy. I think that’s a good guess though. Something to do with PH being off causing a nutrient issue. I flushed with a ton of plain water at PH 6.1 - nervous about going lower. When they dry out a bit I’ll give them a light feed and hopefully...

Auto Issue: Can't Figure it Out

I’m using a bit of a mix. Soil (I forget the name, not pro mix but similar, root something) with a lot of coco and some sand and lots of perilite and clay pebbles. It drains very well. I am aware, haha, I cut back on the A + B grow and add big bud and another nutrient in flower (I’d have to...

Auto Issue: Can't Figure it Out

Interesting. I'll see if I can lower the temp a bit and elevate the pots. I use a PH pen but have never used a ppm pen. Tap water. Growing in soil. I've never watered daily because they take a lot of water in those pots and I was always told to soak them and then leave them until they're...

Auto Issue: Can't Figure it Out

Salt buildup is something I haven't heard of/considered. How would I go about figuring that out? How do you find yourself with that issue?

Auto Issue: Can't Figure it Out

Hello, One of those fun mystery situations. Hopefully someone will have a guess because I am all out These are Skittelz and White Cheese auto plants. But it seems to happen with all strains to a greater or lesser extent so I assume it's something I am doing Indoor tent with LED lights...
