I am a little concerned, but not overly since the green is coming back and the plants are standing strong. A week without water is a bit much though, and it is probably time to get some more water in there, even if it isn't yet dry all the way to the bottom... this time. Keep trying to push her to use ALL of the water between waterings, and that will get easier as the roots continue to recover and get stronger.... but this time, she still needs a little help from her friendly caretaker. If the container is starting to feel lighter, I would advise giving her a complete and proper watering, complete with 1/2 strength nutes, and then sit on your hands again... I bet this time it will take much less than a week to drain the water now that roots are reactivated.
