I believe it's when you register an email with the site you can receive notifications via email as well. I may be mistaken though.

If u delete emails it will send a notice to 420 and what happen to me . They freaked out asked me to do the push notice. It helps with getting bunch emails. Cause if u spam it will send notice to them.

Yeah just use push notice and don't spam the emails cause it send notice to senders.
