I started my edible adventure with butter. I cooked with it and boy did I get chunky! I went to coco oil. Coco oil has more saturated fat compared to butter. Saturated fat is what strips the trichomes, and it is a medium chain triglyceride that breaks down easier in our body. I added soy lecithin as an emulsifier which actually doubled as an OTC cholesterol medicine. After 5+ yrs of daily coco oil use (1 Tbsp in my coffee), the doctor said my cholesterol numbers were great. As a matter of fact my precursor symptoms of glaucoma subsided from the use as well The doctors still don't believe me. Fact still remains this is an awesome medicine, and when used properly has great positive physical effects.
