”The old "this is your brain on drugs" commercial might be accurate when talking about methamphetamine or other synthetic drugs, but to assume a plant that has been legalized for recreational use in nearly half the country impairs a user's ability to the point of being a liability might be a primitive way of thinking.

If you want to see some really "fun" propaganda, poke around for some of the short films grade school kids watched back in the 30s. My Gram was born in 1920 and remembered them quite well. Pot turned girls into zombie sex fiends and the boys into violent thugs. Just one puff was all it took to start the apocalypse. Funny to watch now, but dead serious back then. Gram was scared straight, so to speak. And, yeah, meth is scary MAN MADE shit.

Good morning Pat :ciao: hope your having a good day my friend.
Thank you so much for everything you do for us.
    We really appreciate it.
Quick question, as Hap mentioned every morning there are a half dozen of these keto clowns.
You don't need us to bother you reporting those do you?
I just report the ones slipping through the cracks or if they are selling, especially drugs.
    I report those right away.
So is it safe to assume that when we hit that report button most of the time an alert will be given to you.
Or to the 420 staff in general?
Just curious who I'm sending these messages too that's all.
    Thanks again Amigo. :thanks:

@Bill284 those reports get sent behind the curtain, and mods see the reports. Then we make sure the account is done away with to remove the garbage. We aren't always on, so reporting them assures we see them and get them removed. Does that answer your question? Thanks for being an exemplary member. :thanks:

Aww blush!! You’re a rockstar pat!! You truly are!!
:happy-birthday: Pat! I hope you're having an amazing day!
There is a wave of legislation that is getting ready to sweep through recreational states. It started in New Jersey with a funeral home employee. An auto accident determined not to be the funeral home driver's fault, resulted in loss of employment due to cannabis in their system. With a medical recommendation, it is seen as "medication" and termination of employment shows DISCRIMINATION against a condition. (Say wha?)

"...follicle and urine tests used to determine someone's present cannabis intoxication is likened to someone finding a wine bottle in my trash can and concluding I am drunk". ;) Did ya get that? The logic supporting this idea is irrefutable and can't be denied.

California is getting ready to push Assmebly Bill 1256, abolishing follicle and urine tests to determine intoxication levels and instead looking to use a blood test to more accurately display an employees intoxication levels. The verbage is still being hammered out, but it should be voted on within the next 2 years, at the latest.

Oh man, don't get me started. Pre 1900's, cannabis was a totally acceptable medication. America's forefathers were hemp farmers. People were chastised for NOT growing it at one time, especially during times of war. This whole demonization of the plant came about as the forest industry starting seeing our plant as competition. That's when the "smear campaign" came about and threw our society in the proverbial dark ages, regarding cannabis. Corporate entities forever controlling us to line their pockets at the cost of us and our planet.

    Congratulations my friend!
...as the Lactobacillus eat and digest sugars, they create a short-chain fatty acid called Hexanoate as a byproduct. Our cannabis plants synthesise Hexanoate to produce terpenes and cannabinoids...

    Just saying...
Happy New Year's grow family and staff! Thank you for being a part of a wonderful community where growers can come and talk about their challenges, triumphs and defeats. Where growers can seek advice from very knowledgeable growers. You members help bring success to new growers. That is an immeasurable contribution to a facet of society and humanity. Thank you very much.
