When do you decide it's time to switch from t5 to LED or to your HID bulbs? How do you decide this and what do you look for in the plant? Is it age or growth or both? This question is for both autos and photos.

When you can't decide on whether to use HPS or LED..... 1000hps parabolics up top and roughly 1000w draw on LED...am I crazy or am I wasting lighting on the side? *shrugs*

Say im growing an uknown strain and i think its ready to harvest so i throw it in totall darkness but before i go and i decide it can still go more. Can i throw it back under 12 or will that hurt it or no? I havent personally done it but i am just vurious if that is possible. The close up one...
