pvc wall

I want to split a room in half using a temporary wall so that I can seal off a portion creating a sealed 'room within a room'. What is the best way of doing this? pvc is the cheapest I believe. Can I frame up a pvc wall? Will it be sturdy enough? How would I anchor it to the floor/wall etc...
