12/12 Outside Grow Time?

Well I'm a newcomer as you can see ^.^. Heres the deal.. My friend has Some plants lets say.. about 5-6 inches tall? & they just started Flowering from what i can see (they have pistils about 1cm. I believe its just some bag seed They're turning out pretty good. Now on with the question How long till harvest you think? some people say about 7-8 weeks? Idk anything about outside grow time so will it be longer then that?

I've read that it takes months cause its outside and kinda linked to the outside so like fall you could harvest hahaha but look it up

The fact you have preflowers doesn't mean it is budding. Make sure your not looking at something else
