18 hours darkness 6 hours of light?

so where i live there's no much electricity and the situation is getting worse ..

i used to give my plant 12/12 lighting ...

but now the electricity only comes for 6 hours ..

will this hurt my plant ?

or will this makes it flower sooner ... (i hope)

its 3 months old and i think it's taking too much to flower (low CFL light) ... if i bought more CFL bulbs the electricity will shut down because it's limited generator electricity.

i can provide 12/12 lighting but it will cost me money.

It's starting to flower now, and 6 hours of light will most likely hurt your yield a lot. It will not make it finish faster.
