So I know pretty much all of the at home tests are at the 50ng/ml and I was looking at some websites like Quest diagnostics where it looks like their most commonly ordered panel does in fact test for 50ng/ml. But they also have a 15ng/ml test which can be ordered... I assume it is up to the employer to decide which cut off level they choose...
Would the more sensitive test likely be more expensive? I assume most companies would choose the cheapest option available as it is generally just done for insurance breaks anyway. I'd love some thoughts and opinions!
