ACLU Joins Lawsuit Against Wyoming Over Medical Marijuana

The ACLU has joined the lawsuit against the City of Wyoming for banning medical marijuana.

The ACLU will represent a registered patient who's challenging the ban. He's Wyoming attorney John Beek.

City council members have decided marijuana can be distributed by pharmacists, not by licensed caregivers.

Beek says the city's ordinance violates state law and will of state voters, who approved medical marijuana in 2008.
