Afghan Police Smoke Herb Before Going On Patrol

Afghan is very corrupt, although I do not fault anyone for smoking cannabis. I have heard of lot of corruptions from the police and Afghan military. Talk to any American soldier that has been over there and their stories are unbelievable. I have a video from a possibly restricted site that shows the British Military working with the Afghan's where these guys smoke hash and then just fire their weapons for the hell of it. The Taliban knows this is going on and know that when the Afghans run out of ammo they can come and kill them. The Taliban doesn't get high for religious reasons.

Looks like the Afgan military and police don't take this seriously enough to defend themselves. It's a shame when the US leaves this country will be overun again.
