Am I on the right track?

This is my first indoor grow. The plants are really healthy. But the buds look really small for just completing week 5. Am I missing something?

It's in a 4x4 tent. 1200w led king plus.
I have them in pro-mix with 25% #3 perlite.
I'm using a nute called cornucopia. Ppm is where it should be about 450-500 according to instructions. Always ph the water to 6.0-6.5.
Tent has been running 75-80 degrees with 40% humidity steady.

They are really only in week three or four of flower they should start filling out soon

Its a misconception tgat as soon as you flip your flowering
