Anyone want to have a guess at what this could be?

Possibly a cal-mag issue. We need more information, ph, PPM, is it reverse osmosis water etc

Yeah I'm wondering the same thing. it might be a cal-mag issue. Have you gotten it resolved?

Looks To Be Nitrogen Toxicity... Just A Guess Though.

Thanks guys. I had suspicions that it was over fertilised. And nitrogen would make sense since she is still vegging.

No still not resolved she has been flushed though about 4 days ago.
She is growing in soil. Canna Terra pro plus. Been fertilised at half reccomended dosage. Water ph is 7.2, run off is 6.8

If it is nitrogen toxicity - it will take a week or so to work itself out.

Symtoms don't seem to be getting any worse, so I think you are right
