my plant is in 7-9 week of budding and all the fan leaves are dry and the buds are kinda dry Do i PIck now???

well... 9 weeks is kinda long, but it really depends on the strain and what not. most people flower for only 8 weeks and if the plant needs more time, they let em have it. you have to be careful tho, if u leave em too long the potency will go down. get a magnifiying glass and look at the hairs and trichomes. i was told harvest when 70% or more hairs have turned amber, and when the trichomes become milky colored.but if asked my opinion i would tell you to harvest now bc the buds are drying out... thats just me i dont kno what anyone else would do

that is correct 4iLLEsT2bTCH0 when most of the hairs have turned a amber color its done. Harvest time.
