Both my ballast blew out

I have a 240v titans controller and for a week it was running fine with one 1000w mh plugged in. Then I decided to hook up two 1000w hps lights and both the ballasts died! The ballast states “Working voltage range 110/220, 220v not included” So did this happen because my ballast voltage is too low and I need a 240v ballast? Thanks I just need confirmation on this.

The voltage doesn't matter. Only the current and the wattage that will open a fuse or damage the unit. If both separate ballasts blew at the same time on the same house circuit it's probably just the circuit breaker.

220v not included? That could mean it only has 110 volts? What ever the bulbs require in voltage is what has to be applied. All you have stated about the bulbs is that they are 1000 watts.
