Could this happen if the hum is around 15%.

I don't know if you're humidity caused it or not, you want your relative humidity between 30-40 for flowering, mold won't grow too well in that range. I wouldn't worry about it, you're probably close to harvesting anyway right?? I got some of that going on on a few leaves, I wouldn't worry about it.
