tell me is that ok to keep them under more of 6500K for veg until thy start to bloom? or putt all 2700K?

i had no chioce but to put mine straight under 600 w hps , couldnt keep the heat up , thats a small shed i built , im in N Ireland so it very very very very cold here at the minute , cant get things under my control at all

her we have a 18c at night and 22-25 in day.. thats the winter.
summer up in here its hell temp are 22-25c at night and 30 and more by day lol...
i cant go hps.. not for now... my plants didnt even start growing i think thy will die on me.. and i allready spend 300$ without elc bill... shit is real man...
