Bugs in soil

there are little centiped like bugs crawling in the soil but not on the plant, is there anything i can do

i harvested my soil from me back yard fire pit and there were worms in it but that was all i seen i imagine if theyre on yer dirt they will soon be eating your plant so you may want to do something about that

First things first, "fire pit" soil probably isnt the best soil to use in growing marijuana. You can buy a bag of processed soil (no bugs and unwantables) for like 5$ at Lowes. Since they are crawlers you might not be able to stop them, especially if they live under the soil. I wouldnt recommend the use of any chemicals. Just kill them if you see them and next time invest some time and energy to do it right....nig nog

my mother has informed me that ash(when aged) is a good fert, but i dunno bout marijuana, i wasnt about to ask her on a specific plant lol.....
