Looks real thirsty to me.
Looks like vascular fungal wilt or fusarium oxysporum.She is toast 
Clearly the other plants have water she is not thirsty she is dying.

Yea I think she is finish also
Carefully remove her so she does not infect the other ladies that look so well still!
There was a recent study preformed on outdoor cannabis in northern cali and of the plants that had wilting 40% had fusarium oxysporum.
