CannaHelp, the medical marijuana dispensary on Palm Desert's El Paseo, has re-opened after closing Friday afternoon following a search warrant service by Riverside County Sheriff's officials.
No arrests were made in the raid.
Officials removed computers and marijuana from the site that caters to medical marijuana patients who have doctor's approval to use the drug for treatment of illnesses.
