Companion plantings ????

do any of you long time growers do companion plantings that invigorate your pot plants [ ie the carrots love tomatoes thing]

but seriously is there a companion plant that makes you pot plants thrive better

am thinking of an 3 foot square soil grow and thinking of biodynamic area
with both food and smoke in the cab growing

Just don't do tomatoes,
they attract white flies.

My other plants are myCover
Heirlooms Hot Peppers(Habs & Japs)
and Wild cherry tomatoes.
Seems niether minds the used soil from the farm

You could use clover as ground cover, this might help your soil stay a bit more moist in between watering and it also put nitrogen back into the soil. Now what ramifications this might have as far as what kind of bugs it might attract I am not sure of. You could also go with some other king of other leguminos plant:
