Conversion from MH build to HPS for flowering

I'm on a extremly tight budget I have a 400 watt mh currently for veg can you put some kind of conversion to where you can use an HPS bulb. Or is there a metal halide bulb that I can use for flowering. I'll post pics of my ballast really need to growing so unsure about the lights I'm eventually going to swap to LED.

I'm really unsure what type this is my friend gave it to me. it was free but I'd like to use it for flower also

No need for a conversion, the ballast will run both HPS and MH

That thing would do alright in flower if you're feeling cheap, better bulb would be better
