Jasmine Copeland is being accused of illegal transportation for bringing medicine from her collective’s PERMITTED cultivation in Mendocino to LOS ANGELES, the collective is LBC. She is being charged in Sonoma County for illegal transportation and illegal possession for sales. She was stopped at a traffic stop in Petaluma. Jasmine is represented by Edie Lerman and Rebecca Mendribil. The trial begins Jan 2nd at 10 am. JC also has court December 31st 2012.
Upon entering the courthouse you will be subject to a search similar to the airport: purses go through a x ray machine, and a walk through metal detector (you do not have to remove shoes or jewelry). Do not bring anything that might be considered illegal: prescription medications, medicine, knives, mace, etc. ID is not required. Please dress professionally and be respectful while in the courtroom. We are representing our entire community in front of Judge, DA & Prosecutors.
