Iv been having real bad curling on new groth and now theres brown spotting coming up an I think iv over waterd coz iv flushed them I dont know what's going on

Looks like heat stress with maybe nitrogen excess. How high is your light, and at full power?

Light is as high as it can go it's a grow tent bout 6ft high I think an lights right at top it was about 70cm away from plants an light is on 400w super lumens

And its jut starting to get little rust spots but iv moved light higher an iv moved 4 plants into my shed iv flushed them gave them some sulfate of potash an epsom salt magnesium

Nitrogen looks overdone to me. If your like is above 20 inches over the canopy that’s too much, should be about 20. The leaves can start to claw like that with too much nitrogen and they aren’t really that discolored but if you continue overloading it then it’ll have weak stems and cause lockout. Just give water for 3 days and see how that works out. Adjust lighting to be at said distance and should be fine from what I can see. And be very sure you’re not overwatering.
