Dennis Hopper Shops in Pot Store

Although reports state that Dennis Hopper is on his deathbed, the movie legend was in a medical marijuana store yesterday.

Oscar-nominated star of Easy Rider and Hoosiers was shopping at The Farmacy Cannabis Club in Venice, Calif., on Thursday. Dennis, who was diagnosed with prostate cancer in September and recently started a new round of chemotherapy, was wearing a black fleece, cap and tinted glasses as he made his way through the store.

In addition to selling marijuana and pot-infused products like brownies, lollipops and teas – all legal for qualified patients who carry a medical marijuana identification card – The Farmacy offers other holistic treatments, including herbs and vitamins, and services including acupuncture.

Also of note during Dennis' day out, the actor – who filed for divorce from his fifth wife, Victoria Duffy-Hopper, last week – was wearing his wedding ring. An interesting accessory for the man who, earlier this week, released a statement saying he didn't want to deal with marital drama while battling cancer.

"I wish Victoria the best but only want to spend these difficult days surrounded by my children and close friends," he said.
