I'm not sure how many of you on my e-mail list have followed my fight with the state of New Jersey over its new law mandating DNA testing but I'm at a cross road this morning. (1) I'm supposed to be off ISP (parole) on Dec 3rd tomorrow, ( Marijuana activist pledges more protests )
(2) The state of New Jersey has ordered me to provided DNA today at 10am or I will be arrested and my ISP release will be revoked! - In the past I've filled a "Writ of Habeas Corpus" before the federal courts seeking an injunction against this new law - you can read it here: (DNA CONTROVERSY )
I've written to the Gov and the CODIS ( DNA collection unit) that I will not provide DNA, so this maybe one of the last e-mails I write as a semi-free person. I maybe going to JAIL for refusing to comply with an UNCONSTITUTIONAL law! PLEASE READ MY LETTER: (dna_sample_refusal )
I'm hoping, you internet webmasters and reporters will spread the word of this DNA case and please "REPORTERS" quote me - GOV KISS MY ASS!
