Electric question

I have started a grow in my attic. I have an existing switch in garage that controls one light in attic, one other plug in garage and garage light run off 15 amp fuse.

My question is could I (and how) "move" the switch to attic...move the light to another location (possibly add another light) and add an outlet closer to grow tent. But I'd prefer to have the outlet constant power and switch work lights.

If easier switch could stay in garage if possible to make outlet in attic constant. ...no clue about this stuff any help be great!!

Please, electricity is no joke. If you don't know what you are doing find someone local to help and not some internet guru. Yours is not a simple question. Everything you ask can be done safely but without seeing it I don't see how any one could tell you how to do it. That's my 2 cents worth.

Ended up having a smoking buddy who is an electrician so I got him to walk me through it over the phone and pics thru text.
