Yeah I had a problem with 2 of my plug ins they just quit working.I changed the plugs every thing I could think of except going on that side of the attic. I did last night to find some dumb ass spliced into the house wires with a goddamn exsienion cord one for christmas lights. Well anyways when and how I found the problem was first the cord and second the inch and a half round burnt spot in 18 inches of insulation.With the cord going right thru the center of the burnt spot.
Man my Wife ansd son, we all could of burnt down. And who would they blame me, cause of myt grow room.
So every body stay safe and if you have a problem like this .Go investagate on whats going on.Im so glad I found this problem

no doubt you were lucky. I always run my grow circuits seperately from everything else. 2 dedicated 20 amp circuits, one for lights, one for everything else.
