End of week 3 after flip, ran into spider mites and possibly N toxicity, need some tips

So I had quite a bit of spider mites.. im pretty sure I realized I had the issue in time to get ahead of the problem.. but they are still lingering.. lil f's..
Anyway, its my first grow. Its been joyful and painful. Lol
I'm at the end of week 3 since I flipped them into flower. How do they look? Should I defoliate?

Get some ladybugs, FAST!!! you'll need about 10.
Flush your res, use less Notrogen.

I actually released 3000 lady bugs in 2 days.. about three weeks ago.. it didn't do the job. These mites keep coming back.. I've defoliated and 3 days ago released a pyrethrum fogger in my tent..
The fogger seemed to work pretty well but I don't think 1 was good enough for 13 plants... i have some doktor doom knock out spray.. if I see any new clusters ima have to spray..
Another issue I just ran into is my kush mintz just hermed on me.. i pulled it from the tent, now riding solo in a closet. It was devastated from the mites im sure!

Are some of the leaves started to curl and die like crunchy? They can turn all colors I've noticed. But the biggest thing is the little white dots everywhere. And especially underneath.
I've been dealing with the little suckers for a little bit as well.

These guys are unforgiving 4sure.. this is my first grow. 13 plants.. the leaves did curl.. u can definitely tell once u figure out what your looking for.. ive learned so much! What syrains r u growing?
