Keeping your dispensary alive and flourishing, especially if there's existing competition in your location, just takes some brainstorming. It may seem difficult to overcome at first, as is the case with any business, but getting the gist of what to do, and when to do it, actually makes it pretty doable. It is never too late to start, and never too hard to make it to the top with a plan and system that work.
