Saturday is the final day to get your opinion about how Medical Marijuana should be regulated heard.
The Department of Public Health held a public hearing in Florence Friday.
In March, the Department of Public Health filed draft regulations after hearing testimony from hundreds in the Commonwealth and continues to seek your input.
"We will be putting a lot of resources into taking account all of that testimony both written and oral. That will be synthesized. Final regulations will be presented to the public health council on May 10th", says Julian Cyr, Policy Director for the Department of Public Health.
Cyr believes Medical Marijuana could be available in Massachusetts sometime in the fall.
