First grow

Hi all my first attempt using a 250 watt hps

the first photo is a mystery seed free bean from Herbies seed bank some of the hairs are yellow as a bananna the 2nd one is a local bean 7wks into flower. this is my first grow post hope i get it right

if anyone looks at this i have a question . If you take a look at the top bud pic you will notice about half way down dead center there is a yellow almost banana looking thing poking out of the bud these almost look well an actual fucking banana.

i did not know that hermies would show 5 or six weeks into flower ,i cut the pods out but the buds just are not forming like they should the plant is loaded with tri chromes. should i remove altogether so i don't pollinate my other two girls or what ?
