Foliar Fertilizer Question

Hi everyone im a new grower just wanted to know when can i start using my foliar fertilizer i accidentaly bought foliar instead of soil fertilizer and my plants are a week old in the seedling stagedo i need to wait until vegetative to start using my foliar fetilizer o can i use already?? thanks
