Help me understand my LED light and how to use it please!

So I have a 27x27x56 tent and have a light from niemiled that has one qb88 V2 board with a MEAN WELL LED Driver Single Output Switching Power Supply, 120 Watt 54V @ 2.3A A Model, 120 Watt - HLG-120H-54A driver. The driver has two pots under rubber plugs that can be adjusted. One Voltage and the other labeled "I" which I assume is current adjust. I am doing two plants at the moment, but might stick to one at a time for the future. So questions:

1. Should I run my light at full V&I or should these be turned down a bit? I had seen some comments about not running LED at full power but don't know if it applies to these lights.

2. If I should or wish to adjust the light output, do I adjust the voltage or current?

3. What do you recommend for the height above the canopy for this light?

Adjust voltage to whatever your light is specced for. Use current to adjust intensity

Thank you, but as a newb, that doesn’t really answer any of my questions. Anyone else? Perhaps just point me to a thread that might cover my questions?

see the specs on your light? you wanna match those. your driver can be turned up to max current. and set to 50vdc if you can. i think.

24 to 30 inches from the plants is a good place to start.
