help plant leaves ugly! do i have bugs?

okay so cant figure out how to post a pic. but i have small yellow spots on my leaves and after 2-3 days they started to die at the tips but the other part of the leaves look fine other than the yellow streaks with little like black stuff left in the streaks. the main stalk is nice and strong. any ideas??
