Leaves are droopy and curling up and inward. White residue is insecticide that I'm not sure how to remove either? Plant is outside.

Looks thirsty. Is the soil dry and has it been a while since watering? I'd lightly spray it down with the hose and water it

Is it okay to use the water out of the hose? I don't need distilled or rain water?

Yes! hit her with the hose for now. It's better than nothing. She needs water

You never know your water could be perfect but it will like it more than nothing
