The pic is kind of blurry but from what I can tell it looks like just two swollen calyx which would be a good sign!

When i zoom in I can see what i think your asking about. To me they look like good old swollen calyx's. It's normal for the very first calyx's to swell up even if the bud calyx's aren't swollen yet. Not a hermie, just getting closer to being mature buds.
