hey all i am gettin a ENVIROLITE 2 x 125w red and blue spectrum and gettin a 200 watt aswell for flowerin am just wonderin if i can use the 125watt red spectrum just to giv a extra boost for veg will this do anythin to the plants thanks all

More light the better.

Here's a thought...add another 50 watts you could have a nice HPS for flowering...and pick up a ton more lumens/watt while you're at it. More efficient is what I'm saying.

Just go with the red for the first part of you grow i tried it out with my buddies..works like a charm blue after bout 5-6 weeks
then def the hps for flowering
