How do i find out the pot laws in my area?

Where do I go to find out what the laws for pot are in my area. Like possession and growing because i have no idea where to look.

I live in Manitoba, Canada.

i think you might be able to check the NORML website it might tell u there i know it tells you the united states laws im not shure on canada laws though good luck
