How do i post pictures to an old thread i wrote?

Posted a new thread, and even with the HELP section, cannot figure out how to post pictures to my old thread, HELP me please, I am new at this, but not stupid just ignorant! I will praise you a thousand times over if you can and will help me! SINCERELY JAMESTHEGREEN.
