Just wondering about how landlords in general are with tenants who cultivate legally (Patients or caregivers).
I suppose they are different in different cities but say the cooler places like Santa Cruz. I ahve noticed that they do not advertise that they don't allow MMJ growing, but do they stick it in the lease ?
Or if they don't mention it then just assume that they are cool with whatever is legal ?
