How much is too much light

My question is this too much light for 1 GHS bubba kush and 1 Buddha Blue cheese seedlings that are 9 days old:
85w 5500k daylight cfl 4250 lumens and 125w daylight 6500k daylight cfl 7000 lumens

That is not too much light. I have seedlings growing under T5s and some very young clones going under 5 of the 42 watt CFLs. With the 4 T5s @ 54 watts that's over 1000 watts. The thing you have to stress over is making sure the plants don't grow too close to the light and burn themselves. It's a problem with CFL because you need to have them so close for them to do anything. You should be safe with that amount of light you are using as long as they are not too close and heat stressing your plants.

ive have a 400w hps/a 400w 5200k MH and 2 blue led par38 bulbs for 2 plants in veg for 6 weeks now. they are so healthy. 18/6 wonder woman from nirvana.
i also thought that was too much light, and asked the same question.
never enough light is what i was told. and they were correct. as long as its not
to hot. add more light.
