I can not vote for Obama

Fieldofgreen.....huh?

If being a "worst president" is grounds for being impeached, why hasn't Obama been impeached?......or for that matter, why isn't every president threatened with this by their non-supporters?....I don't think that simply being a lousy leader is grounds for impeachment.

And I seriously doubt a revolution.....I mean in this revolution you speak of, who or what group will be revolting? Just curious whats in your head.

Should we arm ourselfves for protection? Oh thats right, the democrats told us we can't have guns and have been trying to take them away from us....hahaha

If gary johnson became president, he would not be an effective leader amoung the democrats and republicans currently in office. There would be 4 more years of nothing happening.

Fieldofgreen.....huh?

1.)If being a "worst president" is grounds for being impeached, why hasn't Obama been impeached?......or for that matter, why isn't every president threatened with this by their non-supporters?....I don't think that simply being a lousy leader is grounds for impeachment.

2.)And I seriously doubt a revolution.....I mean in this revolution you speak of, who or what group will be revolting? Just curious whats in your head.

3.)Should we arm ourselfves for protection? Oh thats right, the democrats told us we can't have guns and have been trying to take them away from us....hahaha

4.)If gary johnson became president, he would not be an effective leader amoung the democrats and republicans currently in office. There would be 4 more years of nothing happening.

1.) I am sorry but his running mate, Paul Ryan is a little kid. That acts, looks and is way too young to become vice president of 314,609,355 people. Romney on the other hand he is 20+ years behind the views of this world. Lets see...he is against womens rights, gay marriage, cannabis basically he is against the constitution and more importantly our god given rights. Maybe saying he would get impeached was going a little to far, thanks for challenging my opinion though, you have made me think more about this :)

2.) A revolution will most certainly happen if the country stays on the path it's on now. People are already revolting against the government and government entities. Ever heard of anonymous? they are all for peoples rights and have saved some of our rights already.

3.)Ahhh yes my friend you have been misinformed, not all democrats are against gun ownership. The whole gun issue is blown way out of proportion. It's quite simple actually because it's just like marijuana, too many people have them. It will be impossible for the government to get rid of these things. Even if the government tries to take our guns away. Then the people with guns and strong beliefs will revolt against the government.

4.) Not sure where you came up with that but the views/ideas/beliefs of both the democratic and republican parties are getting way to old for this worlds views. Either both parties need to change their ideas/beliefs (which they have been doing for a while now, which takes power away from the third parties) or a new party comes into power. Because in my mind I think the democratic and republican parties have WAY to much power. That is why they win almost every election.

Hope I didn't ramble too much but I love to talk politics with people and I like to really get my point across. :peace:

Fieldsofgreen, your entire #1 is so off I can't even start to correct you. Everything you said is a lie told to you by the media. It's like someone saying Pres Obama is a Muslim or not a US citizen or any of the other lies. Don't spread lies in an attempt to sway votes. Mitt Romney is a great American, a wonderful husband and father and dedicated to trying to fix his version/vision of America. The exact same thing can be said about Pres Obama and both statements are true. Voters should decide if they like Democratic Socialism (Pres Obama) or if they want a Federal Republic (Mitt Romney). You can pick either one and still be a good person, you just need to stop believing the lies and research the truth yourself.

hahah, but look at our VP now, Biden.....and your "knocking" Paul Ryan.

Paul Ryan is actually a very smart guy. As he claims himself, he's a numbers guy, currently in Wisconsin, he is very sharp. He would be an asset to the country right now with his economic background. He is young, but what a great role model for the American youth. Paul Ryan is 42 now, which is one year younger than when JFK took office as president.

I'm still not convinced about this revolution though....what will they be doing? who will they be targeting? camping in the city parks? disruption of government? terrorist activity? The later two would not be very productive or efficient in building the US economy back. Hell, the closest thing to revelution lately has been the 1%ers and the tea partiers, both at opposite ends.

.....If you had to chose between either the 1%ers or the tea party candidates to save the US economics system from literal collapse right now, which would you pick?.......the ones with nothing (no money, no political pull, no political connections, some have no education) or the tea party candidates with experience (money, political pull, political connections, education)? My point is that our system isn't perfect, nor are our politicians. They all have their own agenda. Right now, the biggest problem in the US is getting the economy to prosper again and we should select the candidates for this terms election that can get the US economy to prosper. That is out #1 priority right now. Priority wise, legalization of MJ is far down the ladder from the need for a prosperous economy, so we need to vote to better our nation instead of our personal wants this year.

Obama had his shot at it the last four years without much happening, now its a perfect time for a sucessful businessman and an accountant/economism to take office and get things straightened out.

And by the way Fieldofdreams and all,

I, in no way mean to disrespect you in any way. I wish we could all sit together and pass the bong while we discuss our views.

best to you all!

RELAX, friend. That is my opinion I have based off of facts that I have checked over and over again. I do not follow media propaganda and by your statement in saying that #1 is wrong. Then you my friend are a propaganda victim. Also, by saying everything is incorrect in that first paragraph then you are saying he is for; womens rights, gay marriage and cannabis. Please do a little research before writing things in a forum that thousands of people see. Thanks and remember that in the end, we are nothing more then an anomalous grain of sand sitting in a tiny galaxy.

Don't be a tool; your protest vote only helps weaken the only sane choice that we have.

I know what you meant, and I hope I'm not coming off rude or anything, I don't want to.

You're saying states have the right to make their own laws like CA has with MMJ, and if Paul came in he'd enforce it.

I'm saying that states make laws but the government doesn't care, still harasses tons of innocent people. It's like a facade right now that states can make their own laws, like telling your kid he can do what he wants in his room, but then when he starts smokin' pot you're like stop that! Haha

Ron Paul was the most sensible candidate to me. It's unfortunate he/she who has the most financial backing gets the candidacy. With such an out of control Federal government, the people must fight from the foundation of the 10th Amendment (States Rights). It's despicable enough that the people don't seem to care that the District of Criminals is selling us out to international interests of the UN, and strengthening a system of corporate socialism for corporations (especially the ones who donate campaign money). After WW2, the Feds were giving high interest loans to farmers who foolishly bought into them, and when they couldn't pay off the loans, they seized their property creating subsidized (government controlled) farming to the next owner. This is an example of how they do it. Dependence. If government can dupe enough of the public into reliance upon them, they've won. Like I've said before, I believe if government had their way, we'd be working for them or in their prisons. I believe we'd have a better chance at perpetuating libertarian ideals since they are being embraced more and more by the voters and the Republican party. I like Gary Johnson but know he is not a real contender to Obama, and Obama has to go! States rights must remain a focus and obviously not just for the agenda of MMJ. Romney may not be a outspoken proponent of MMJ, but has stated on more than one occasion that States Rights are not to be dismissed by the Feds. I may be criticized for this, but I will vote Romney because I see the 10th Amendment respected more under that administration than Obama's. Obama has had 4 years of failure and the best he can do is blame Bush and the Republicans.

Well said.

Agree with it all except voting Romney.

It's an Oligarchy using the charade of Democracy, in my opinion.

Sometimes I question if this is all real, it's just amazing how things are going down in 2012. I mean cannabis is still illegal and people are going to prison for it, when it cures cancer, meanwhile more people are dying from prescription drugs then terrorism, and car accidents combined. Yet we're spending billions to trillions on 'fighting terrorism' all over the world. And we're flat out going bankrupt during this entire thing. Like wtf?

I understand about Romney. I don't trust any of them but when push comes to shove, if Republicans don't meet the DEMAND for representation of the 10th Amendment, and libertarian principles, they are done and know it. I've already seen what the Democrats have done to California's economy. Under Obama, we have a national example to see now. Piecing out our national independence and economy and selling us out internationally has proven to be disastrous.

A representative Republic is more important than a blanket democracy which allows people to vote for those in government who promise them more of other people's hard earned money. Because it sure isn't government that produces anything except more legislation. All these wars are constructed for economic reasons and the UN knows it. The UN has also orchestrated the biggest ruse of "World treaties" that undermine our national independence, and the traitors in D.C. go right along with it. You will not see the Jeffersonian ideals promoted by Ron Paul or Gary Johnson with the Democrats. There's more of a chance to effectively promote these ideals under a Romney administration in my opinion.

Wars are definitely a large contributor to the use of money for more debt and the international bankers know it. The laws of economics are suddenly suspended because politicians are like reckless children with credit cards. "Here you go kids," says the Goldman Sachs banker,"Now go have some fun. Those livestock citizens will pay it off". Meanwhile the ban on government unions remains lifted while they collective bargain amongst themselves with our money. That one is HUGE! I spent a good portion of my life in the building trades, so I'm not anti-union. I'm just anti-government employee union.

Excuse my rant, but I will get on a conversation like this with people I know who blindly vote Democrat or Republican and it always degenerates into some social issue while they parrot the talking points of their party line. The foundation of our problems lie with a tyrannical Federal government. I believe the states can do so much if the people realize the importance of the 10th Amendment. Without incentives for working people, we have a doomed economy. Allowing more government means higher taxes and less earnings. With that comes desperation and the likelihood for more dependence on government. I just want them to leave me alone and stop treading upon my right for life, liberty, and my pursuit of happiness at no one's expense.

JJ, You are so correct. All we can do is vote for the lesser evil, but Romney would be a HUGE mistake. The economy is turning around. Michigan is seeing the housing market get better and many people are finding jobs again. I feel strongly if we stay the course, we will see more improvement under Obama. If it does stay the same, at least we will not have to worry about health care bills wiping us out.
Romney's past history is nothing but a pack of lies. He is solely representing the billionaires and their coveted tax cuts. Shit...the rich are very comfortable. Flip-Flop Romney is trying to act like he has moved to the middle, but is only concerned for the filthy rich who have NO empathy when it come to people in need. They will get tax cuts while we pick up the rest. Romney is only a well rehearsed politician spewing bullshit. What a freaking liar Romney is. Do NOT trust this man. Also WE DO NOT NEED ANOTHER WAR ADDED TO THE THE MESS GEORGE DUBYA BUSH STARTED! We are finally coming to the end and it is time we spend those dollars on our homeland and NOT in sand land.

Under Obama we've seen:
—23 Million Unemployed or Underemployed
—47 Million on Food Stamps
—5.5 Million Homes in Crisis/Foreclosure
—$4500 Drop in Household Income
—$5.5 Trillion of New Debt
—$716 Billion in Medicare Cuts
—$2.6 Trillion for Obamacare
—$1.9 Trillion in New Taxes in Obama’s Budget
—100% Increase in Gas Prices
I see no results for remedying these so called "inherited" problems. Prolonging this "inherited" war in the Middle East (boohoo, which btw is a burden and sorrow for the soldiers and their families, not the politician). With his administration's suing the state of Arizona for enforcing immigration laws, Cap & Trade being rejected by the Senate yet being ramrodded upon American businesses by the EPA, seizure of the nation’s health care system and Obamacare’s unconstitutional mandate, which, the last I read, the Constitution doesn't give government the right to force citizens to engage in commerce, that's enough for me. Bye, bye Barry.

Barry,
All that above you posted was caused by the Bush Administration. They led us into a war under no reason but for their Skulls and Bones agenda. The Bush Administration made people believe the attack 9-11 was done by Iraq. LIARS! Al quida was the culprit. NO weapons of mass destruction was found in Iraq. That whole damn mess is now coming to an end. I am sick of the killing.

The country was an a downward spiral, remember that? Nobody really knew what to do. Obama stopped us from going into a depression and now we finally are starting to recover. Remember the exodus of our jobs to China? The rich received tax breaks to do that! Nice huh!
This all happened under THE BUSH ADMINISTRATION.

Who in their right mind would want to go back to that awful time? Not me. I want to give this President a chance to finish his job. Who, with even the simplest ability, could not understand that the BUSH MESS couldn't be fixed in merely a four year period? We will see the affects from this blunder another 10 years to come. Obama will not be able to wave a magic wand and fix the mess, but he sure has pointed us back into the right direction. Also Osama Bin Laden and Muammar Gaddafi are DEAD! The President is doing very well with what he was handed.

Barry refers to Barack's High School name. That's not my name. Skull and Bones? The Frat House Harvard boys led us to war with Iraq and Afghanistan? Please spare the Kool-Aid of conspiracy theories. Officials at the Pentagon lied. Many have who find some trickle down benefit from the international bankers who profit from war cycles throughout history; War between the States, WW2, Vietnam, to present. Plenty of Russian weapons were found throughout the Middle East as China and Russia orchestrate power over that trade region and the Suez Canal. Lots of oil moving through that area. The WMD definition lost it's emotional effectiveness with me long ago. Just so you know, all military weaponry is designed to destroy. So yes, weapons were found and were being used. Should we be there now? No. They want to cease the threat of terrorism? Enforce the Federal Immigration and Nationality Act and close the border until it is secure.

The country's been in trouble since the Federal Reserve Act was passed in 1913 which gave control of our money to international bankers. It's been in trouble so long as government expands and spends more while existing as a parasite upon private industry. Both parties share the blame, and to a degree, the apathy of the citizenry who allows it. Obama stopped a depression? By borrowing more federal reserve notes at an undetermined interest rate upon the citizens of the next few generations. That isn't stopping a depression. That's increasing the chance of a REAL depression while increasing taxation. The exodus of jobs to China is Bush's fault? I suppose you think outsourcing jobs never occurred prior to the Bush administration. The rich received tax breaks because of that? What a general statement. Perhaps if government would stop taxing businesses to death, and see that tax incentives keep jobs domestic, you'd see less outsourcing. General Electric is a huge monetary contributor to the Democrat Party, has the largest lawyer firm in the world, pays no taxes domestically and very little overseas. Again, that must be Bush's fault.

Who in their right mind would want to go back to that awful time? Not me. I want to give this President a chance to finish his job. Who, with even the simplest ability, could not understand that the BUSH MESS couldn't be fixed in merely a four year period? We will see the affects from this blunder another 10 years to come. Obama has had four years to do what he said he would do. Nothing to show. Obama had absolutely nothing to do with Gadaffi and Bin Laden's deaths. You see that as positive yet believe military action is wrong. Strange. Equating any candidate after Bush as "Bush" is just a distraction from party line Democrats that have lost all credibility. Bush Jr. has been gone four years and they still use him as the boogeyman. Bush had three things in common with Obama; hypocrisy, the desire for more illegal alien livestock, and fiscal socialism. Disastrous policy will only be perpetuated by Obama. Meanwhile Americans who actually work for a living will be trying to eat and keep a roof over their heads. NOBAMA for me!
