Is it possible for a plant to finish early or weeks late?

Hi all. This is a question I have always wanted to ask. And that being the title. Is it possible for a plant to finish early or vice versa and take a few extra weeks. And I am basing it on appearance and how much you touch and pull leaves. Because I am one for touching my plants. Thanks

Yes plants finish when they want. I have two in the same tent, same everything. Ones ready the other has 20% red hairs.

The one that's ready is 65 days on a vendors 70-80 day prediction. The one lagging behind will run 14ish days later.
