Hiya hazeluv.
No.. as far as I can tell.
The mills bloom is part of a 3 part grow nutrient.
They have their 'base nutrient' to be used all through the grow.
Then they have 'grow' for vegetation stage and 'bloom' for flowering.
Canna boost is an addition to the base nutrients.
