Is this fan good?

hi guys
I am trying to grow with a 250 hps and mh in a small warddrobe. MH is hot!
I cut little holes on the bottom left for fresh hair, and cut and put a fan on the left center a little bit to the top for exhaust. it is a pc fan, it helps but not good.
I am thinkin about buying a new one. there is no shop or anything where I live, only I could find is something like this. can it work for me? is this good? the price is really nice. also I started to think about getting a Led too. just because of heat issues.

Just about inline fan will work. I'm a bit partial to the Fantech brand, but just make sure it is variable speed compatible so you can use a rheostat to adjust. Better to over size and then slow it down IMO. However, if the space is small a fan alone may not be enough. Check out Cool Tube hoods. They are not the one perfect answer either, but certainly make a difference.
