Looks like the lawmakers in Indianapolis have decided that Delta 8 is illegal according to the DEA. Vape shops across Evansville, Indiana were raided by police and confiscated, including the hemp flower that they sell. Now, unless it's just plain CBD, it's not legal. Indiana just stepped back 400 years.

@Stargazer32862, I feel your dilemma. I was raised in that state and when the oppertunity came up, I left that place with the family and have never regretted it.
