Leaves that are looking like dry milk?

I've been having trouble with the leaves turning milk color , and this is my second time with this problem
does ant one know what could be causing this problem? Thank Jimbo

Powdery Mildew is the pitts as MJ growing goes, should Goshawk be correct, then you will have to relocate all current plants, with a solution of 10% bleach and hot water wash the entire grow room down, then inspect your current plants carefully, around the trunk and in colas...and cut it out, I've tried painting bleach and other chemicals on, but always came back it is serious, see it as the BLACK DEATH of MJ, no shit ...look up grey mould , or botryitis its real name and the curse of vinters and hop growers world wide.

Cure: ..Understand how plants BREATHE and you're almost home, keep a small fan on 24hrs to oscillate the airflow, find some way to reduce humidity. humidity is the friend of powdery mildew
