Legal for tourists and vacationers?

I was wondering when california legalizes weed,would it be like going on vacation in amsterdam as far as being able to buy and smoke weed and not be a resident of california?Because that would be a big money saver for me.Oh i hope,i hope i hope,I can go to cali and smoke some dope,save my money,spend it on my honey,just to come home broke.lol im buzzed.

the language in prop 19 does allow for pot cafes,,, I would assume that a big draw of it would be the tourist money that would pour into the state. I would think you could buy/consume while in Cali,, but you would be prohibited from taking it out of state..

just my opinion,, I do not know for sure what will/can/would happen
